Author Biography

Ian McDonald

Ian has been working in copyright law for some 18 years. Now working as Special Counsel, Copyright with Simpsons Solicitors, Ian previously worked as a consultant on copyright law and, before that, as a Senior Legal Officer with the Australian Copyright Council. Apart from his law degree, Ian has a bachelor and masters degrees from the University of Sydney – his honours year and his masters being in English literature.
