Abstract
Missionary teams have great potential to build both the resiliency of individual missionaries and the ongoing resiliency of a work in a particular place. In this article, we will highlight ways teams help missionaries bear up under suffering. Then we will look at how understanding the diversity of giftings and personality can also help missionaries grow in resiliency.
