Abstract

Colleagues share insights into how we might harness the power and potential of our student workers (for good, naturally). We also consider best practices, and cautionary tales, related to hiring, scheduling, training, supervising, and retaining student workers. Finally, we commend student employment as a fruitful recruiting ground for potential future colleagues.
