Abstract

The presenters used a poll to provide self-evaluation questions to participants about information literacy at their institutions. The polls showed a shift toward online and remote teaching methods after the restrictions in place due to COVID-19. The attendees were placed in four groups to discuss the following topics: Starting an IL Program, Administrative Buy-In to the Need for IL Training of Students, Tiered Approaches to IL, and Ways to Involve Faculty in IL. The presenters established a Google group to continue the discussion and invite other interested librarians to contribute to the discussion.
