Abstract

Three veteran theological librarians representing different types of library settings share from their experiences on ways to begin with your best foot forward. We discuss the importance of mentor librarians and libraries, involvement in Atla and other regional and national organizations, training opportunities to consider, collection development, the role of accreditation, and more! The session was followed by an opportunity for Q&A.
